EZTip: Managing the Emails You Receive From EZLynx

EZLynx sends a variety of informational emails to our customers about our products and features that can make an agency more efficient and profitable.  If you’re not receiving these types of emails from us, but you would like to, here are some troubleshooting steps:

Check your Spam/Junk folder:

  1. Go to Junk Options
  2. Go to Junk E-mail Options
  3. Click on the Safe Senders tab
  4. Click Add and add @EZLynx.com
  5. Hit OK and apply


Check your email settings in EZLynx:

  1. Login to EZLynx
  2. Hover over the Settings icon, and select Email Subscription Management
  3. Confirm there is a check mark next to each report you would like to receive

If the above steps did not resolve your issue:

Email [email protected]

  1. Add Email Subject: Emails Not Being Received
  2. In Body of Email: List all email addresses to be researched

Note: Articles older than March 2020 may no longer be relevant
