EZTip: Contracted for EZLynx Through a Broker? – Making Account Changes

If you contract with a broker for EZLynx access, you will need to contact your admin at the broker to manage users, rating states and carriers (including your carriers with direct appointments).

Our support team is happy to assist you with Technical Support issues, but administrative changes to your account require contacting your brokerage.
