EZTip: Clearing the Cache

Whenever you are working in EZLynx and the website does not seem to be working properly, it could be that your internet browser’s cache needs to be cleared. The cache is simply understood as all of the temporary files that your browser keeps for future use. Clearing the cache can enhance your browser’s ability to function. Below are the steps to accomplish this in Chrome & Internet Explorer.

Internet Explorer

  1. Navigate to Tools>Internet Options>Delete
  2. Select only the top four choices (as shown below) and click Delete



  1. Click on the Settings icon>Select Settings
  2. Select Advanced Settings>Clear Browsing Data
  3. Select the time as the beginning of time>Select the top four items>Click Delete

  1. Open the browser
  2. Press Ctrl+shift+del
  3. Check the box next to “Cache”
  4. Click “Clear Now”
  5. Now open the link below
