The Culture

We pride ourselves on our company culture. We are one big family where you can be yourself, learn new skills, and advance within the ranks of the company. Working on cutting edge technology and encouraging creative, innovative solutions drives our success.

Staying green is another aspect we do well. We promote recycling and reusing whenever possible. We encourage a healthy lifestyle by providing healthy snacks, catered lunches, and we even have a Biggest Loser competition multiple times throughout the year in our office. Our Run Club gets together multiple times a week to work out and that helps support our healthy lifecycle by keeping EZLynx active in local marathons.

With company outings, team lunches, team work rooms and more, collaboration with the rest of the EZLynx family becomes easy and exciting. We recognize employees that go above and beyond with incentives, we celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, and we encourage employees to strive to be their best with company hosted competitions. If all of that doesn't light your fire, we also host monthly social activities, paid for by the company, to encourage and recognize all the hard work the employees contribute. The People

The Community

Community service projects are a big part of how we like to give back as a team. We contribute time, effort, knowledge, and also monetary donations by working together to support our community. A little extra work on our part can make a big impact on society as a whole.

Our 2019 partners include:

Dallas Life ‐ An organization that provides emergency and long-term shelter for homeless men, women, children, and families as well as employment training and other programs designed to move homeless people back into society.

PediPlace ‐ This organization makes healthcare a reality for many children by providing a medical home for children that tend to come from low income families who otherwise would go without healthcare.

AmeriCares ‐ An organization that provides humanitarian aid to 164 countries, including disaster relief kits. More than 97% of all donations directly improve the health of people in need.

EZLynx is proud to encourage and support the communities in which our employees live and work. Our company's Community Outreach Program includes in-kind and corporate sponsored activities.

The Environment

Considering employees spend most of their day at work, we take pride in keeping workspaces both visually appealing and comfortable. Spacious cubicles, modern decor, collaboration and conference rooms, walls converted to dry erase boards, and all the tools necessary to produce outstanding work are at EZLynx. We give you the privilege of decorating your cubicle because we want you to express yourself at work. We have inspirational quotes, words, and company values on our walls so you can always be inspired to think positive. In addition to those amenities, we have several designated break areas including one in front of a 7-foot fish tank.
