HR Generalist Lewisville, Texas

This position requires the individual to handle a variety of payroll, benefit, on-boarding and human resources generalist responsibilities.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintains payroll records and administers payroll to include but not limited to: HRIS life cycle data entry, salary increases, bonus payments, benefits, time, calculations and leaves;
  • Administers and maintains company’s benefits and 401k programs. Functions as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters and questions. Complies and maintains benefit records, reports and related documents and compliance;
  • Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion such as on-boarding paperwork, new employee orientation, exiting paperwork, performance appraisals etc.;

We are looking for multiple Data Analysts positions with responsibilities geared around the modelling of big data and report development. Basic Function:
