Q: Who should attend AgentLynx?

A: AgentLynx will have sessions for all areas of an agency, from CSRs to Agency Principals. You will have the opportunity to sit side by side with a support specialist if there is anything you need additional assistance with. AgentLynx will reveal the future of EZLynx technology and give agency owners the opportunity to not only share their feedback, but to also engage with the Executives, Developers, Business Analysts, Support, and Sales Professionals.


Q: It’s my first time attending AgentLynx, what should I expect or bring?

A: You do not HAVE to bring anything. We do request you bring a Top Gun themed costume for our event aboard the USS Midway on Tuesday, March 13, 2017. All conference material will be preloaded into a tablet that we will hand out to all registrants upon Conference Check In.


Q: What is the event refund policy?

A: As space is limited, once you are registered and paid, we will not offer any refunds as the event deposits have already been paid.


Q: How many other people will be at AgentLynx?

A: The cap for agents at this event is 250. The remaining count is for carriers, and our partnering companies, QuickBooks, Velocify, and Assuresign.


Q: Can I bring my family?

A: The conference is exclusive to registered guests, and only those registered will be able to attend sessions and have access to meals and events. However, you are still welcome to bring your family to San Diego.


Q: Does the hotel offer a shuttle from the airport?

A: The hotel does not offer a shuttle. However the hotel is only about 10 to 15 min away from the airport.


Q: Will there be any discounted promos in the future?

A: There is a discount for agencies that would like to bring 3 or more members. The discount is 25% and will reflect once the quantity of tickets is changed to 3 or more during the registration process.


Q: Are meals included?

A: All meals from when the conference commences at noon, Monday, March 12, 2018, till when it ends at 1pm on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 will be provided. Monday evening will be like appetizers, so that agents are able to have networking dinner on their own.


Q: What is the dress code?

A: The dress code is business casual. We do request you bring a Top Gun themed costume for the USS Midway event on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.


Q: Will the sessions be recorded?

A: The General Session/Keynote will be recorded and uploaded to your tablet. However the sessions will not be recorded, but the presentation deck for each session will also be loaded to your tablet.


Q: When will ticket sales end?

A: Once capacity is met, ticket sales will be closed. Space is limited, so register quickly. Early bird pricing ends January 31, 2018.
