Anoop Bargur: EVA Account Summarization helps agents process multiple data sources and quickly draft meaningful responses. With this tool, any agent can answer questions for an applicant, and they don’t have to be the same agent who was working on the policy before.
So, anyone who gets a call from a customer can just request a quick summary from EVA and they’ll see what the last conversations with the client were about. This allows any agent to pick up right where the customer left off, making it much easier to service those policies.
Saurabh Hooda: Until 2025, agents used to spend a lot of time searching for information, digesting the information, and then replying. But now, they have all the data ready at their fingertips.
Now you can use EVA to summarize everything that has happened in the last 12 months with an insured’s account, so you know immediately what you need, and have the context of the full account history.
EVA reminds agents in 30 seconds of everything that’s transpired between any staff member and customer in the last 12 months. So, you can have a more meaningful conversation right away instead of spending several minutes fishing through all the inessential information to find what you need.
What Is Ask EVA (Announced at Applied Net and Slated for 2026 Release)?
Saurabh Hooda: Ask EVA is an AI assistant that helps agents get instant, accurate answers based on their customers' and agency data. For example, if you’re talking to an insured who says, “Hey, I just broke the glass of my car, is it covered in my policy or not?” With Ask EVA, you don’t need to search for that insured’s name, search for their specific auto policy, open that auto policy, and search for the coverages, which would take 3 to 5 minutes.
You can just ask “Is this insured covered for glass or not?” And you will get an answer. You don't need to spend time on it. You just ask EVA and she will be able to give you an intelligent, precise answer immediately. And it’s all auditable; each answer has a link to the source of the information so that you can always verify the answer.
How is AI Being Leveraged to Connect Agents to Winning Quotes Faster?
Anoop Bargur: EVA AutoFill is coming soon. It saves time for agencies by extracting data from uploaded docs/files (e.g., Dec page, quote sheet, email, voice call, etc.) and automatically filling quote fields. This gets rid of manual data entry and speeds up the quoting process.
Which 2026 EZLynx AI Tools Are You Most Excited About?
Saurabh Hooda: In various surveys, we’ve found that manual data entry is one of the biggest time sinks for agents. Today, agents often spend more than 15 minutes typing information from a Dec page or quote sheet into EZLynx just to get a quote.
