  1. when adding a policy with taxes and fees should the annual premium include taxes and fees or is it only to reflect the written premium?

    1. Hi Dawn,

      Whether or not you include the fees and taxes in the Written premium will be up to you. If you typically account for fees and taxes as being part of the Written Premium in your agency, then it’s best to include them in the Written Premium, as it will display that amount when generating the Book of Business reports. If you add them to the designated fields on the policy, it will not add them to the Written Premium automatically.
